Shipped in box that had a little damage…but it’s a bike…not a violin.
Put it together ok with no problems but noticed the back wheel a little wobbly.
Had to to tweak the brakes but that wasn’t a problem.
However, cannot adjust the speed changer beyond 2 speeds ( Still working on all of the derailer adjustments) and it’s very difficult to change speeds. My 9 year old cannot adjust it because it requires too much hand strength.
poor product but for [...] dollars wasn’t expecting a lot any way…
recommend going with more reknown low end bike makers such as Huffy and Schwinn.

When delivered the box had several holes in it. I assembled the bike relatively quickly. Had a problem with the front brake which would not release properly. Think I managed to fix it, but time will tell if this actually worked. The most annoying thing was that the back tyre had a puncture and would not inflate. Looks good on the stand, but it cannot be ridden.

The shipping carton was torn and opened but save for two small scratches on the handle bars which due time constraints did not warrant a request for return. However three other problems (so far) arose:
1 – the wheel bearing over tightened as was the steering head. I had to grease one of the wheel bearings.
2 – both wheels had to be trued.
3 – rear tire inner tube blew. Had to spread the frame to re-install the wheel assembly.
Pretty bike cheaply made!

Ordered and received this bike very promptly; however, like one of the other reviewers, the back tire inner tube has a hole and will not inflate… have to take it to a bike shop to fix. Aside from that, this is a nice bike.

This is a great bike for the money. We basically bought it because we wanted our daughters next bike to have gears. The problem is that the gear keeps slipping off for no apparent reason and it gets wedged inbetween the smallest gear and the frame and is pretty difficult to get unstuck on the road. When this happens the bike just stops working but we started carrying tools with us to fix it. Arn’t sure how to fix it but will keep playing with it.
Other than that it fits our 51″ child perfectly with the seat as low as it goes and then we have lots of growing room in it. Shocks on the bike work well also. Kickstand is a little difficult to get up.
This big is also very heavy for its size so it is hard for our daughter to get it up our 2 front steps.
